Thank you for shopping with Reeds Gekies! We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. This policy outlines the procedures for handling refunds, returns, and exchanges for both physical and digital products.

 1. Physical
Products

1.1 Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or
  • You received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.
Please contact us at admin@reedsgekies.co.za before returning any items so we can authorise and guide you through the process.
1.2 Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  • Returns should be sent via Pudo or another reliable courier with tracking.
  • We recommend keeping your tracking number for proof of return.
1.3 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.
1.4 Exchanges
We can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email admin@reedsgekies.co.za with your order details and photos of the issue.

2. Digital Products

Because digital products (such as downloads, templates, eBooks, or printables) are delivered instantly via email or website access, they cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded or accessed.
However, if you:
  • Experience technical issues accessing your files, or
  • Receive a corrupted or incorrect file,
please contact us at admin@reedsgekies.co.za within 7 days of purchase. We’ll happily resend or replace the correct file at no additional cost.

3. Consumer Protection

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa), which ensures your right to fair service and product quality. Reeds Gekies reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or if the digital product has already been accessed or downloaded.
