2. Digital Products
Because digital products (such as downloads, templates, eBooks, or printables) are delivered instantly via email or website access, they cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded or accessed.
However, if you:

We’ll happily resend or replace the correct file at no additional cost.
3. Consumer Protection

Reeds Gekies reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or if the digital product has already been accessed or downloaded.
